Terms of sale
All personal data entered by the customer when making purchases from online shop midakinkida.ee strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties. If desired, the client has the right to remove personal data from the database.
Adding product to your shopping basket does not commit to buy. In the shopping basket you can add, delete or change the number of items. If the customer ordered a product that is not available the applicant will be contacted as soon as possible. By agreement the order can/will be canceled, replaced for a similar product or ordered separately. If the reservation is canceled after making the payment because the item is not available the customer will be refunded.

* Implementation of the Order begins after making the payment. The report begins with the realization of the order the next working day from the date of payment.
Claims and Returns
For goods subject to a period of claims in accordance with the law(Law of Obligations) and only with a check / proof of purchase. Presentation of a claim does not apply to goods which deficiencies identified in the course of misuse.
On all purchased at the online store midakinkida.ee goods act entitled to a refund within 14 days. The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of goods’ receipt.
Money for returned goods will be transferred within 3 working days of receipt of goods by the seller to the same account from which the payment was made.
Postage costs are non-refundable, excluding circumstances if the product does not correspond to the order. Subject to the return of goods to be used, it must have the original packaging. We remind you that in order to be eligible for the return shipping, packaging should be opened carefully without damaging it. In this case the consumer is not responsible for the tainted packaging. Refundable if the item is damaged it shall reimburse the difference in the cost of the Buyer.

If you have ordered wrong size, do not worry. We will exchange your product in the right size if there is a suitable size in our range. If not we will offer you the appropriate size range of similar goods.
In case an exchange of goods postage costs will be charged.

The photos in our online store have illustrated character.
Goods send us back only after receiving our confirmation of returns.

Prices in the catalog are given in EUR. Postage costs will be added to price of order.
